Nikita's Michael (Shane West) has one mission: Find his former Division trainee, Nikita, who has gone rogue.

But Michael had his doubts about his employer even before Nikita did, West says. "She just keeps coming and making him even more confused."

Viewers have learned little about Michael's life prior to joining the Division. In the video below, West explains that will change soon. "There's a tragic event that happened that makes him become that lost and confused soul," he says. "The reason he's never grown in Division is [because] he's not dealing with the issues."
