Will your dvds play on my dvd players?
All our DVDs are region all releases and will play on either region 1,2 4, 5 dvd players.

Can an order be made without using the website?
We prefer our customers to order through our website. You can place orders directly for the products you like. However, if you want to order in other ways or have questions about ordering, please contact our customer service representatives by live chat or sending email to email@example.com and we will try our best to achieve your goal.
When do you ship my order after my payment?
We will begin to handle your order when your payment is done. Usually it takes 1-2 working days to process your order including payment and shipping address confirmation, sourcing and packaging.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery service. But we will try our best to ship your order out in 24 hours after we confirm your payment if you're anxious to get it.
How do you ship the products? How much does shipping cost? How can I trace my order?
We ship products by DHL. The shipping cost is according to the weight of your order and displayed on the detailed page of the product.
Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information for your package including tracking number and website in which you could trace your order. You also can check your order status in 'My Account' by yourself.
How long does it take to deliver the goods?
It normally takes 5-7 working days for you to receive your order.
How to drop-ship with buydvdus?
buydvdus allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers and there are no additional charges. Just order online the same way as usual, but add different shipping addresses. We do not include invoices when we send drop ship goods so it protects your reputation.
If your customer has quality issues, or wants to return a product, they will have to discuss this with you first because it's your account with buydvdus.
When will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
Your card will be charged within 24 hours after we receive your payment information. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
When can I track my order? How can I track my order? Is there a tracking number?
Once order is shipped, we will email our customer a tracking number and the tracking website within 24-48 hours.
My order is shipped, why isn't there any tracking information available online for the registered DHL package?
Online tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the times when the item leaves and the time when it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. In terms of Express packages (sent via DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.
Notice: If package was damaged, please refuse to sign for it and then contact us. And we will reship your order once we confirm it. If the package was ok but the product was damaged when you open it, please take pictures, email us in 3 days and we will help you.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
It is guaranteed all the packages will be sent out in good condition. To ensure your interests, please check out your delivery on the spot. If there is any damage during the shipment, you can press claim for compensation from the Post Office.
2.If there is any quality problem with the goods you received, please contact with our Customer Service Center within one week. We will refund or exchange as your requirement.
3.If there are gifts with your package, please send them back as well as your refunded goods.
4.All returns will only be accepted if its original packaging and labels are still attached.
We will refuse to return or exchange in any of the following situation:
1.The damage is caused by been used in the improperly way.
2.The goods don’t belong to store of east.
3.We don’t receive your returned goods, or which are not completely.
4.The original packaging is damaged.
