Charlie Sheen scheduled for work on ‘Two and a Half Men’ in Los Angeles 2010/1/4 14:13:50

Charlie Sheen -- despite his alleged domestic violence spat in Colorado -- is expected to be at work tomorrow, officially ending his holiday vacation. According to Radaronline.com the actor is in Los Angeles today (January 3), while his wife and twins remain in Colorado.

The actor's schedule means business as usual. As one of the main characters on ‘Two and a Half Men’, Sheen is obligated to give three performances, in front of a live studio audience during the month of January. Behind the camera, the actor goes through the paces with plenty of background work, line rehearsals and other entertainment business so he is ready for the show's taping.

His job at hand has been a mixed blessing for Sheen. With his personal life splashed on the front of the newspapers while his attorneys work to resolve the issues, the actor's increased exposure has brought his name again to the forefront of American’s television sets. Fans increasingly eager to watch the actor on television means Charlie Sheen's audience base -- as well as the show's audience base -- caused roughly 11.1 million people to snap on CBS last Monday. This outpouring meant that Sheen's program beat all other shows in the 'Two and a Half Men' time slot and every other time slot that night, making the sitcom the most watched Monday night show.

By way of background, last week’s episode of Two and a Half Men was a repeat.
