The Hollywood Reporter said that Betty Gilpin, who previously on The Good Wife, Law & Order: SVU and Fringe as a guest star, has signed on to the TV series Nurse Jackie.
Gilpin will recur as Dr. Carrie Roman, a first-year resident on the show's upcoming fifth season. Besides her TV credits, Gilpin has starred in numerous off-Broadway productions, including We Live Here and Heartless.
