The actor who plays "Harry Potter DVD Boxset" movie bully Vincent Crabbe was arrested in London Tuesday and is being accused of possessing marijuana, TMZ.com reported.

According to the celebrity gossip Web site, police said they found eight bags of marijuana in a car that Jamie Waylett and another man were in.

Waylett, 19, has appeared in all five "Harry Potter season dvd boxset" films to date and has a role in the upcoming "Harry Potter and theHalf-Blood Prince."
